A Good FAN must participate in all activities of his sport association. You have the right to call the leaders of your TEAM when you become a member. A sport association has a history, you must know it. The history of your TEAM : the date of creation, the color of the jerseys, the names of the former leaders, the ethical principles which are the basis of your trips abroad, the friendliness of welcoming other FANS when  YOU PLAY AT HOME. A good FAN must solve the problems around him. A GOOD FAN should stay at  home when he don't have a ticket .DON'T FIND YOURSELF AROUND A STADIUM WITHOUT A TICKET. NO! So, we can make a first conclusion: to participate in this program, you must have an international supporters card.
The card is issued from our headquarters in the United States. FWCT gives you an international supporter number.
And to get this number:
-1- you must have a card from your TEAM.
-2- be affiliated to your federation
-3- have a number of your national Olympic committee.


Once we receive your application with these documents, we will issue your international supporter card.

THE GOAL OF THE CONCEPT IS TO EDUCATE SUPPORTERS TO BEHAVE WELL DURING SPORTING EVENTS. BUT ALSO TO EARN A LOT OF MONEY DURING THE COMPETITION .EACH FAN WILL RECEIVE $ 50 000 .
SO FOR YOUR COUNTRY TO QUALIFY, THERE ARE TWO STEPS TO TAKE IN THE QUALIFICATION PHASE.
-1- YOU MUST AVOID COMMITTING ACTS OF VIOLENCE IN YOUR COUNTRY DURING THE QUALIFICATION PERIOD WHICH LASTS ALMOST TWO YEARS.
